Oct. 31, 2024 is the First Milestone. Benefits begin Jan. 1, 2026.Minnesota is in the process of implementing a statewide paid family and medical leave program. This program will affect virtually all Minnesota employers. The first quarterly reporting for employers is due October 31, 2024. Paid Leave benefits will start for Minnesotans on January 1, 2026.
