Building Welcoming Workplaces: SW MN Workforce Cohort
The SW MN Workforce Cohorts are designed to help employers in Southwest Minnesota to attract and retain a diverse workforce needed now and in the future. Cohort peers will be focused on developing and sharing best practices for employee retention and overall growth of SW MN. Sessions will be led by Whitney Harvey, Sr. Director of Workforce Diversity and Inclusion, Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Foundation and will include additional guest speakers at each session. Lights at the Lodge Drive Through
Experience the beauty of winter at the Hiawatha Pageant Park nightly! Drive through viewing of lighted Christmas trees will be available every night, December 1, 2024 through January 1, 2025 after the opening Lighting and Luminaria Walk on November 30th. The public will be able to drive through the park and view the lit trees by entering from the south entrance located at 3rd Avenue NW and exiting through the north end. This is a free event open to all.
