AMP: Aladdin Kids
Disney's Aladdin is a beloved, popular story; when the street urchin, Aladdin, vies for the attention of the beautiful princess, Jasmine, he uses a genie's magic power to become a prince in order to marry her. Iago, Jafar, the Genie, and more are here in Disney?s Aladdin KIDS, a musical adventure filled with magic, mayhem and the power of love. ?Public performances of Aladdin will take place at the Pipestone Performing Arts Center on Sunday, August 3rd. There will be a matinee performance at 2:00 p.m., and an afternoon performance at 5:00 p.m. Each performance is approximately a half hour in length.
A's Baseball Alumni Game
There is a concession stand where we will have hamburgers, brats, hot dogs, as well as ice cold Pepsi products or ice cold beer for those of age. Enjoy the seating behind home plate that came straight from Camden Yards, home of the Baltimore Orioles.
Back to School Backpack Giveaway
Backpack distribution day will be Tuesday, August 26th, 2025, from 3-7PM at First Presbyterian Church (301 2nd Ave SE). Students will have the opportunity to select their backpack and school supplies. Pre-registration is encouraged and appreciated, but not required.
